Newcastle. Restaurants include TGI Friday’s and Nandos and there’s also a 12
screen cinema if you fancy a break from drinking and partying for a couple of
hours.

Jesmond

The Jesmond
region of Newcastle is a more trendy and upmarket area with a distinctly
continental feel to it. Many bars are affiliated with the hotels that are also
found here and they have canopies and covered outdoor drinking areas that are
great for a relaxed evening’s drinking. You might even be fortunate enough to
spot a sports star or two.
